Athletics events that I have learnt this term,are shot put, discus, 100m sprint, long jump, high jump, relay
List one technique helpful for each event:
For shot put a tip I would give is to push and not throw, for discus try throwing and not pushing, for 100 metres run as fast as you can, for high jump try jumping on your side and not straight on, for relay try running as fast as possible.
List your results for these events in PE or on athletics day
For high jump I jumped 80 cm
and for discus I threw 6.80m
