How do we see breaches of article 4 in abomination?

Cant be forced to work for others

Loss of freedom because you are held

the author included giving insight into what's happening in the house, which makes us dislike the parents because they keep him in the cage.

yes - he is now out of captivity but no because the parents aren't punished and his other rights have been breached - eg right to education

Martha

oshe is held in her house and forced to work

oshe has limited personal freedom 

oshe isn't allowed to tell others what is going on.

The author includes so we feel sorry for Martha, and are able to understand/forgive her for keeping abomination in the basement

yes - she isn't forced to be a slave to looking after abomination she has more personal freedoms.
